Refund Policy
We want you to be comfortable trying the paid plan. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for CommissionLog subscriptions.
1. Try before you pay
The free plan lets you test the core features of CommissionLog before upgrading, so we encourage you to use it first.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription (monthly or yearly), you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No reason is required.
3. After 14 days
- Monthly plan: payments after the first 14 days are generally not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
- Yearly plan: after the first 14 days we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused part of the year, unless required by law or there was a billing error or a significant fault in the Service on our side.
- Renewals: if you were charged for a renewal and did not intend to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will review your request in good faith.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. Cancelling does not by itself issue a refund. When a subscription ends or is refunded, paid features are switched off and your account and data are kept for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted unless you subscribe again. Export your data (CSV) before your subscription ends.
5. How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all payments and refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the steps there, using the email address you purchased with. You can also email us at support@commissionlog.com and we will help. Refunds are governed by this policy together with Paddle's Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
6. Your legal rights
If you live in a place with mandatory consumer rights (for example, a statutory right of withdrawal in the EU or UK), nothing in this policy limits those rights.
